View scores on an individual question for a particular employee or view the overall score for an entire organization. You can compare your current results to the previous cycle (i.e. month, quarter, etc.), to your year-to-date scores or against the collective results of all CSP clients with our Normative Data. Both verbatim and coded comments from your customers are provided, as well as trending information on those comments.
